Refund and Returns Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Life Roads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how it works:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
    • Customized or altered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

    • Log in to your Life Roads account and go to the “Orders” section.
    • Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
    • Follow the instructions to initiate the process.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  5. Exchange Process:

    We offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange process for your convenience. Here’s how it works:

    1. Return Initiation
      The customer initiates a return request for the order on our website.

    2. Return Shipment
      The product must be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer (as per our return instructions).

    3. Product Received at Warehouse
      Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, in original condition and packaging).

    4. Exchange Order Processing
      After a successful inspection, your exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 2 days of receiving the return.

    5. Delivery of Exchange Product
      The exchanged product will be delivered to the customer within 7 days of us receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used Product
  • Product without Tags
  • Personalized or Altered Products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
